Pre-Order Purchase

By placing a pre-order with Libby Brenna Pilates, you are purchasing a reformer that is custom made to order specifically for you. Your full payment secures materials and production for your individual unit.

No Cancellations / No Refunds Once Ordered

Because each reformer is made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once your order has been placed. This includes changes of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the reformer.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates. Lead times may vary due to manufacturing schedules, international shipping, customs clearance, and courier delivery booking.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your reformer arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we will put it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

-your order number

-clear photos/videos of the issue (including packaging)

We will arrange an appropriate resolution which may include replacement parts, repair, or a replacement unit where required.

Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or missed delivery booking, any additional courier/storage/redelivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
